ORCHID LEATHER

Originating from the Mediterranean Basin, cistus has been used in perfumery for centuries. In Ancient Egypt, it was considered sacred, just like myrrh and incense. Obtained from branches collected every summer, cistus releases a rich odour in which a leathery facet mingles with overtones of amber and wood. A textured scent that, at the heart of Orchid Leather, reveals its full depth once blended with the sweet and warm accents of vanilla absolute.
